Day 9 - Kojsko
Day 10 - Departures
- Travelers meet the guide in Venice, Italy.
- Travel to Skocjan Caves, a Unesco World Heritage site, for an underground exploration of one of the largest caverns on the planet.
- Arrive in the beautiful island city of Rovinj.
Day 2: Rovinj
- We will stay and play in the old town area where no motorized vehicles are allowed. This gorgeous location along the Adriatic Sea will enchant you.
- We will have a variety of options on how we want to spend the day exploring-hike, bike, kayak, shop, and learn about the unique history of the town.
- There will be opportunities to choose a sunset boat ride!

Day 3: Plitvice
- We will travel through Opatija where we will stop to walk along the Lungomare Coastal Promenade on our way to Plitvice National Park, the oldest and largest National Park in Croatia as well as a UNESCO World Heritage site. If you enjoy waterfalls, you will never want to leave this magical place.
- We will arrive in time to hike or paddle the lake in Plitvice during the afternoon.
Day 4: Plitvice
- We will have the day to explore Plitvice National Park by scenic boat rides or on hikes.
Day 5: Ljubljana
- We will visit a medieval castle along the way and take a hike in the afternoon as we travel to Slovenia’s capital city, Ljubljana
- Options to visit the Broken Bones distillery or hit a local pub for a beer tasting event in the evening.
Day 6: Ljubljana | Bled
- We will spend the morning exploring the city – options will include walking through the old town, enjoying a guided walking tour, or a boat ride along the Ljubljanica River. Or simply relax with a morning coffee and a delicious pastry at one of the many cafes along the river.

- After taking a funicular railway to visit the Ljubljana Castle Museum we will enjoy lunch with a view of the city below.
- In the afternoon we will arrive in the small resort town of Bled. You will be enthralled by this quintessential mountain town.

- a paddle on Lake Bled to Bled Island–maybe even a night paddle in a clear kayak;

- Rent bikes to pedal around the lake.
- Tour of the 11th century Bled castle.
Day 7: Bled
- We’ll head into the Julian Alps today where we will visit the Slovenia Alpine Museum and hike/explore Triglav National Park with unforgettable views of Triglav, the highest peak in Slovenia.
- We’ll take a scenic drive to hike in Soteska Vintgar Gorge before returning to Bled
Day 8: Ribcev Laz on Lake Bohinj
- More gorgeous scenery of mountains, lakes, and waterfalls as we visit the Bohinj region.
- Hiking and/or canoeing around the lake,
- Waterfall hike,
- Tram ride to the top of Vogel Mt, the local ski resort.
- Or “D” all of the above!!
Day 9 - Kojsko
- A scenic journey Tolmin Gorge for hiking.
- We will land for the night at an award winning winery. Our fabulous hosts will impress you with their family run winery operation, great vino, and meals made with love!
Day 10 - Departures
- Time to return to reality! Transfer to the airport and travel home.
