The Process
Initial Consultation
- Start with a phone call to discuss your vision for adventure or fill out our Customize form.
- Follow up with a Zoom call to share screens, show maps and pictures, and suggest an itinerary.
- The full cost for itinerary development is $599.
- A $199 deposit is required to begin Self Guided Itinerary Development Deposit
- The remaining $400 will be added to the final invoice.
- Itinerary Development Includes:
- The itinerary
- Transparent, itemized costs
- Booking process tracking
- Begin with a customized online map featuring pinned locations and excursions for your review.
- After itinerary approval, begin inquiries for availability and place holds on accommodations, excursions, and transportation.
- Request half of the estimated trip cost upfront to cover any deposits.
- Develop a comprehensive Travel Document that includes:
- Daily itinerary with google map links, driving times, and route stops
- Restaurant recommendations
- Trailhead and adventure opportunities
- Include
- Trip Tips and Packing Suggestions
- Reading and Watching Recommendations
- Complete all bookings.
- Send the final invoice, which will include the remaining $400 of the itinerary development cost.
